Bok choy harvest

Over the past few days we have begun our spring harvest of bok choy. Nice and easy plant to grow.  Tends to bolt when lettuce bolts so we should get a couple more weeks of harvest I think and then I will replant in August for a fall harvest (I do 9 bok choy plants per square foot)

Plantcam time lapse video of the garden...cool! So its about halfway through the year and with company around yesterday I decided to take one of the Plantcams that my wife gave me for Christmas down to unload the photos and make them into a time laspe video. It really turned out pretty neat! It goes kinda quick...
